“I haven’t been able to use my timeshare in years. It was so frustrating to have to keep paying the maintenance fees each year. I tried to sell it several times, both to friends as well as using a popular listing company. There is just no one buying right now. Safe Hands Transfers was able to offer me a way out that was immediate. I’ll be glad to have the extra $800 this year to spend on christmas presents for my grandchildren.”

Welcome to Safe Hands Transfers

We realized that in today’s economy, there are many families out there who are looking for ways to cut costs and increase savings and that timeshare owners in particular are looking for ways around the cost of ownership. All we knew for certain was that our experience had left us with one frustration after another and no way out. Between the unpredictable maintenance fees and the unstable resale market, it made it very difficult for us to cut the cost of ownership and start the process of saving.

As a result of that experience, we decided to start Safe Hands Transfers so that we could provide a solution for frustrated owners like ourselves.

We understand what it means to be a timeshare owner and the frustrations that come with it, and therefore we know exactly what a real solution looks like in the eyes of a timeshare owner. A guaranteed way out and knowing that you are in safe hands with the company you are working with.

Keith & Yvonne’s Story

Our story began several years ago, when my wife Yvonne and I received an offer for a TV in exchange for a timeshare presentation. We decided to buy the timeshare with the hopes of having a place to vacation with our 6 children for many years to come.

Unfortunately, out of the 15 years we owned with Channel Islands Resort we were only able to make use of our unit ONE time! We found it hard to believe that even as paying owners, the resort was always booked up when we called to make our reservations.

We tried for many years to sell our timeshare but the only solution that seemed available to us was paying a company hundreds of dollars to list and advertise our timeshare on our behalf. This simply was not an option for us.

Having worked as a forklift driver in a paper mill for many years, I understand the value of a penny saved being a penny earned. When Yvonne and I watched the maintenance fees slowly go up from $300 a year to over $700 a year, and could never make use of it, we decided it was time to put an end to it.

Amazingly, our family was able to figure out a way to help other timeshare owners who were dealing with the same frustrations that we were.

Having experienced the ups and downs of timeshare ownership ourselves, we are excited about the opportunity to provide our customers with the attention and care that they deserve and most importantly be confident that they will be…In safe Hands!
