  • Who can benefit from Safe Hands Transfers services?
  • Although we believe that every timeshare owner should consider the use of our service, most of our customers are those who:

    •                        • Have not used their timeshares in a couple of years or more
                        • Are frustrated with increasing maintenance fees and taxes
                        • Have received special assessments from the resort
                        • Are frustrated with the inability or lack of trading power with exchange companies like RCI and II.
                        • Have pursued the resale market and have found no potential buyers
                        • Are worried about their children possibly inheriting the timeshare along with the increased fees
                        • Have been told by the resort developer that their week is not available
                        • Don’t have the ability to plan 12-14 months in advance
                        • Inherited the timeshare from a relative and don’t plan on using
                        • Are not satisfied with the vacation spots and times
                        • Are simply moving on from the timesharing lifestyle

  • Are there any qualifications that my timeshare should have that will determine my eligibility for your service?
  • Yes, there are three main requirements that will qualify your timeshare for Safe Hands Transfers services.

                        1. The timeshare must be paid in full
                     2. All fees (maintenance fees, taxes, special assessments) must be current and up to date
                     3. You timeshare must be on our list of accepted properties

  • can I expect to no longer have the financial obligation to my timeshare?
  • The best part about our service is that every customer can expect an immediate change of ownership. You will not have to wait for title or closing work to be finalized to enjoy the financial freedom from your timeshare. Safe Hands Transfers will pay any future fees that you have.
  • I would like to use your service; however I have already booked a vacation using this year’s week. Will this affect the transfer process?
  • Not at all! If you would like to hold on to your reservation than Safe Hands Transfers will be able to handle your transfer process accordingly and will maintain careful communication with the resort and closing company while you enjoy your booked vacation.
  • When will your timeshare consultants be in my area so that I can meet with you in person?
  • If you would like to meet with one of our representatives in person, just call our toll free number and we can let you know when we will be in your area.
  • In the past, I have paid companies $500-$1000 that promise to sell my timeshare if I advertise or list it with their company. However, I have seen no positive results from those listings. How is your company different?
  • Safe Hands Transfers is not a listing, resale, advertising, or appraisal company. Our customers do not have to wait for a buyer to be found or secured, in fact we transfer ownership immediately using a third party, licensed, bonded and insured title company.
  • Does your service require that I sign up for another timeshare or vacation club?
  • No. Safe Hands Transfers focuses on getting owners out of the contract(s) that they already own, not to get involved with another one.
  • Although my children love free vacations, they don’t want to pay the maintenance fees or own it themselves, what are my options?
  • Based on how most contracts are written, if you do not legally transfer the title to someone else your children will most likely inherit the timeshare.
  • Are my children subjected to inheriting my timeshare?
  • They most likely will inherit your timeshare and all associated costs unless you legally transfer the timeshare to someone else.
  • Will my timeshare be legally transferred out of my name if I use your service?
  • Absolutely. Each timeshare works differently, however Safe Hands Transfers knows exactly what your resort/county/state requires in order to legally transfer ownership. Title will be transferred via Membership, Deed, Lease, or Assignment along with all of the resorts legal documentation. Regardless of the process, each transfer is handled with great care and attention to detail.
  • Do you use another company to transfer the timeshare out of my name?
  • Yes. We use a licensed, bonded and insured title company to handle the transfers of all the properties we collect.
